Dreams - Grimsby

Welcome on arrival. I came in looking for a headboard got shown many but I was partially looking for a grey one so Marta showed me all the grey ones including a clearance one which was in excellent condition which I went ahead and purchased. We was offered a coffee while processing our order. Very welcoming. We was offered to take our item home that day or get it delivered which I chose to get it delivered. Got a very quick delivery date. Overall very satisfied with dreams and the whole process

The customer care was excellent and staff were very helpful. The beds were reasonably priced due to the Sale. Setting up. The purchase was quick and painless.

We were advised which mattress would be best for us and me and my partner like different types, we got served straight away and it was an easy process

The staff were really friendly and I couldn't find a better product anywhere else:)

Options and combinations of items explained well, layout of store was well presented. Friendly sales man.

Took me around the sore and helped me make the best choice ...I wanted to go have a look at another store so Malcolm kindly pointed out a couple of things to compare which I did find only Dreams had and left other bed shops and the quality of products and service lacking ...As I walked back in the grimsby store Malcolm instantly greeted me with a big friendly smile and asked how I had being....Iwe chatted for a few minutes and then I told him I had made my decision and he helped me through the orderinng process exsplaining everything ...the other lady in the shop made me welcome and the whole process was enjoyable ...Malcolm helped me to my car as I did purchase lots of pillows etc and I came away very happy with the perfect products for me.... at a price and quality I will be very happy with ....

Excellent service. Jonathan gave me all my options, knew the answers to my many questions. He was overall friendly and made my job of choosing beds so simple. My 1 year old was acting up and he could even make him smile.

I work with customers myself and deliver high quality service myself. I really appreciate and know what good customer service is, and that is exactly what I received. You don’t buy a bed very often and they were all very knowledgeable and friendly. Consequently we are eagerly await our new Tempur bed, yet before we visited the store had no idea what was available to suit our needs. This is why I didn’t go anywhere else as was totally confident with the staff in the Grimsby branch. They are a credit to your company, and hope you are aware of this.
