the product was easy to try out and I was not rushed in anyway the staff where very helpful

This was my first visit to this new store in Grimsby (as I needed a new mattress ) Impressed with the varied stock, layout, lighting and info on every bed & mattress. Even more impressed with the store assistant, Malcolm. He was very pleasant, informative and not at all pushy. He was efficient when I was making my purchase, we had a good chat & a laugh and I was so pleased to be told Dreams would take away my old mattress on delivery of my new one. I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends and family.

James was extremely helpful. He answered all of my questions from "what does combination mean" to "which is the best for keeping cool" and so on. He offered us a tea or coffee. All in all one of the best experiences I have had in retail

The staff had great knowledge and were very helpful. They even got some colouring pencils and Disney princess drawings out to entertain my daughter!

The staff were polite and helpful but not pushy, they allowed us to browse at our leisure and take our time trying out different beds to identify which suited us best. James the manager was very friendly and efficient, he clearly explained the 40 day trail policy and terms of the sale when we agreed a purchase. Overall a good service.

Very satisfied due to staff knowledge, attention received and everything had been explained to us with different mattresses and gradings.

Both Malc & James (Mngr) were very welcoming and knowledgabe; nothing was too much trouble and Malc never tired of my endless queries, nothing appeared too much trouble.

Very friendly staff .Not at all pushy .Good knowledge of products on offer in our price range.They also provided an excellent cup of tea and coffee .we are looking forward to receiving our new bed on the 11 of January .

I have bought a bedbefore and was very happy with every thing in dreams so glad you have opened another shop up here in Grimsby . every one there were very nice and polite ,friendly could not do enough for me thank you very for all your help .ann twomey

We were welcomed into the store and a member of staff was there to assist us with our questions on the bed we were buying. They were very knowledgable and as well as explaining were able to show us the difference in products. Whilst ordering the bed we were offered refreshments which on a cold day was very welcome. The price of the bed in the sale was excellent value for money and after trawling round lots of bed shops we wished we had gone to Dreams first. (Although it is a faily new store to our town).
