Dreams - Grimsby

When entering the store we were greeted with a friendly hello and offered a drink. Store was lovely and clean and inviting. We spoke to James when we needed help, he was lovely, friendly and we also had a bit of a giggle. He did not push us or crowd us as we hate that! but when we needed him he was available and answered any questions for us.

Sam from the Grimsby dreams store was efficient , friendly and pleasant in manner ..she helped by suggesting other option to meet our best needs .. We was also offered a hot drink which made me feel relaxed in manner due to me suffering with anxiety

The brand new store in Grimsby staff was fantastic made us very welcome and comfortable ....offered tea and coffee and was good with children 5 star service

I was highly satisfied because from the moment I walked into the store I was not pressured to buy anything. I was asked if I needed assistance, when I explained what I wanted I was shown the relevant products and left to try them out and browse to my leisure. When I had made my choice the assistant was professional and friendly in processing my order, he went through everything in a clear manner so that I understood exactly what I was buying and when it would be delivered, and even said I could go back to the store if I thought of anything else I wanted to ask.

l am disabled and they took time to sure i purchased a bed which met my specific needs giving me information and time to make my decision.

I received a warm welcome on arrival and offered a drink. I explained I suffer with a ruptured disc and having problems sleeping. the sales man Malcom was extremely helpful with a great knowledge of the products and how they will support me. Malcom knew when to help us and was always on hand but also knew when to give us space and able to try the beds with out feeling anymore awkward than you can feel laying on a bed in a showroom. I believe i have now purchased a great product that will help me with my back. If you think how much time you spend in bed this is a very important purchase thanks to dreams they made this a very easy process with there great products and knowledgeable staff thank you.

The staff were very accomodating with what i wanted and i was even offered a cup of tea!! The staff were also very considerate with my disability needs. They were not pushy or forwardand they taylored for my needs. Very courtious and professional...I would recommend any time.
