Dreams - Grimsby

The assistant James was very friendly polite He made us a drink and brought pillows so we could have a good lie down on the beds. Nothing was to much trouble, when we went to try another mattress. It was a pleasure to be served by him, he was not all ways in our faces and gave us plenty of time to try the mattresses and discuss it with each other.

Excellent service from Samantha who was very friendly. She was very knowledgeable about the products. Samantha listened carefully to what I wanted and guided me appropriately, giving me all options available ( some of which I hadn't thought of). Tea /coffee offered. Samantha did not rush me to make my mind up but gave me time to think. All in all very pleasant shopping experience. I will definitely be back.
