On arrival we were given a friendly and experienced professional welcome and treated with respect in every aspect of our intended purchase. The sales team were very helpful with their knowledge they made their recommendations and showed us around the store in a very professional manner and we felt at home from start to finish. A super service great superb clean store polite staff from start to finish. Absolutely top class store.

Malcolm was very knowledgeable and friendly , very informative on understanding my needs , He asked me to lay on a bed to help me with the kind of bed my body requires

Customer service was really good , molly was very helpful and they have kept us informed on delivery. We will be returning to definitely to buy a new base later .

The sales lady Molly, was very helpful, friendly and understanding when I asked for help. She talked me through the different products and let me test them, she also managed to find me a good deal on what I was after (a new mattress).

Colleagues were friendly and welcoming but were not pushy salesman. They were informative about the products on display and it felt like they tried to understand our needs. The colleagues we spoke to didn't loiter round us as we came to decisions which was nice to have that privacy.

It was great that the salesman gave us time to talk on our own and try the mattresses. We didn't feel pressured.

Malcolm spent time explaining our options and listened to us, pointed us in the right direction as to which beds/maîtresses suited us and gave us space to discuss and make a decision.
