The staff were extremely helpfully and made us feel welcome in store. There product knowledge was great and this helped me and my partner in choosing the correct mattress. Very happy overall.

When we arrived we weren't pounced upon we were given a few minutes before shaun came and assisted up with very useful information we required and then he left us to try out all different types of matresses

Very efficient service

The assistant Jay listen to what we wanted and went through a number of options with us. Then then gave us time on our own to make our own mind up.

I was shown the different products for the type of bed I was looking for and then shown the different types of mattresses. The assistant explained very clearly about the bebefits of each mattress. A no time did I feel pressurised into buying a product but was allowed to make my own judgement. The delivery is going to be much quicker than I expected so I am really pleased.

The salesman was attentive but not pushy or rushing me. I found his knowledge very helpful and did not just try and rush me to buy the most expensive items. He demonstrated certain aspects of the products and gave me very helpful advice. He and his colleagues were very friendly and we even established a rapport and some banter between us.

I wasn't pounced on as soon as I cam in the store which is off putting, but as I had walked around once Kevin asked if I needed any assistance. He recommended some beds and advised me to try them with a good pillow. I was rather surprised at the cost of delivery and that you don't take the old mattress away.

Shaun approached us as we came into the shop and asked what we were looking for and explained the colour codes for the mattresses. Helpful, without being pushy. Once we had decided on a bed, he explained the whole delivery process to us and the options available.

I came in looking for a new bed and mattress and Mechelle assisted me in finding firstly the right areas to try out mattress and once I had chosen a type then was shown to the different styles of that type. She made decision making so easy with her vast knowledge of the products and answered all my questions
