We were welcomed to the store. Jamie took time to understand our needs for the bed and was helpful in suggesting possibilities. His suggestions were reinforced by the results of the comfort test and he was not at all pushing us to spend more money than we intended to. He was very helpful when organising delivery and explaining the mattress protection options. We were also offered a drink during the delivery and payment process.
