The time spent to ensure we purchased the correct mattress and bed frame and headboard

We only popped in to take a look and walked out with a new mattress, pillows and hopefully a good nights sleep! Gary was very helpful and friendly and made us reconsider going for the cheaper options

The showroom in Gillingham was clean and bright. The sales assistant, Jamie, was friendly and welcoming and, while clearly very knowledgable, did not use pushy sales tactics. The sleep machine was an experience and the offer of coffee was most welcome! A quality mattress can be a daunting and pricey commitment, but we left the store confident we had chosen the right one for us.

Emma was absoltuely superb. We visited 2 other bed stores in close proximity and they were awful compared to dreams. From product knowledge to customer service and actual nice coffee. Superb experience. I have phoned Emma since as I'm considered purchasing a Tempuar matress in addition to the £2k spent

Using the sleep match machine was really helpful for us and allowed us to find a different mattress to the one that we thought we wanted. Howard was so helpful from start to finish and we have now found our perfect bed.

The sales assistant, was knowledgeable and professional but very friendly.

They are very helpful and asked if we need tea or coffee he show us the bed to see what bed mattress we need
