The assistant was very helpful and attentive, she listened to my requests and had answers for all . The shop was laid out in a very clear way so it was very easy to understand the different types of mattresses available to me

we visited on a Sunday the stroe was clean & tidy, we met with Jamie who was knowledgable and treated us with respect, he advised but in no way was he pushy and allowed us to make our own mind up, Thank you Jamie & Dreams Im sure we made the right decision

My visit was really good. The staff were helpful and informative. I'm confident we have chosen the correct bed for us. We was even offered to have a drink while ordering our bed.

Very satisfied with the customer service and advice we received from jamie, he was very helpful and made it easy for us to choose the bed best suited to our needs and budget. other staff members not helpful did not welcome us to store or ask if we need any assistance 3 of them sat at the desk on their phone. was ready to leave and purchase elsewhere then jamie found us on shop floor asked if we need assistance and was very helpful. we are glad with our purchase and cant wait for it to arrive now

A representative greeted us upon arrival. We knew the bed we were looking for but he was able to clarify any points we made. He was very friendly, knowledgeable and extremely helpful. He went through the ordering process with us and gave us a delivery slot acceptable to us. He explained the extras which we asked for e.g building of bed and 5yr insurance plan. I just wish all sales people were as helpful in other businesses.
