Great service with knowledgeable sales assistant

Our adviser, Jamie, was very approachable and knowledgeable. He helped us to identify the type of bed and mattress we were looking for and was beyond patient when we tried, re-tried, and tried again the selection best identified for our needs. He worked to find us a solution to fit our needs and budget without us ever feeling any pressure.

Sales manager made me and my wife very welcome and was extremely polite. Outstanding customer service and would highly recommend to friends and family.

Jamie was very good at understanding what we were looking for and was also very helpful from the minute we entered the store.

I was looking for a specific mattress for my elderly mother who was returning home from hospital after breaking her leg and needed to downsize her mattress to enable her to get into bed . Howard who served me couldn’t have been more understanding or helpful.

I had been putting off going mattress shopping as I was convinced that we would get pounced on as we walked through the door and that we would feel uncomfortable trialing them...however I was very pleasantly surprised by our experience. The member of staff, Jamie, was very friendly and welcoming. He introduced us to the sleepmatch machine and recommended mattresses within our budget, he had excellent knowledge of the products and made us feel very at ease throughout. We wasn't sure as to which style of mattress we wanted so he went through how each one differs, the pros and cons etc.

From the moment we entered the store, we did not feel under any pressure to purchase a new mattress. Emma, the saleswoman talked us through the process of chosing the correct mattress for weight, health problems etc. Having looked at all suggestions and after making our minds up, we informed her that we did intend to look at the beds in Bensons before deciding, which she suggested was a good idea. We were in and out of Bensons in about 10 minutes mainly because the sales person did not really seem that interested in whether we purchased a product or not. Emma had put us at ease and perhaps it was her personalality that helped with the sale
