The assistant was extremely polite and friendly. I told him my budget and after finding out that I needed a firm mattress he showed me products that were within my budget. I found his customer service excellent. Also whilst sorting out the paperwork he offered us refreshments. First class customer service from start to finish

We weren't sure what we wanted and the assistant was really helpful as we placed an order then returned later to change it.

Salesman was professional, knowledgeable and measured.

Jamie greeted us with a smile, very friendly man, we were looking for a new mattress so put us on the machine and then explained our results to us, showed us which mattresses would be good for us and gave us time to try each one out and then discuss. He gave us plenty of information on each mattress so it made it alot easier to make our decision. When we had decided he offered us a drink and went through our finance very simply for us, again giving us all the information and different options available, it's was very quick and easy thanks to Jamie at the Gillingham store.

Very welcoming .. knowledge of products offered was very good .. use of the measuring mattress to ascertain the type of mattress needed .. no pressure .. was offered advice and was then able to discuss ourselves what was the best option for us personally .. a drink was offered during the formalisation of the sale .. availability of different types of mattress for is to try out ..
