Dreams - Gillingham

We were greeted as we walked in. Asked what we were looking for. Shown to the bed that scans to see which mattress would suit us. We were shown several mattresses that we could try, we were then given space and time to decide which if any we would like. At no point did we feel pressures into having anything. Delivery of mattress was also arranged to suit us.

Staff at Dreams very knowledgeable, very friendly and professional. We had two very pleasant and productive visits to the Rochester store. Already purchased great quality mattress for us ( me and my partner). Now waiting for second one to be delivered for my Mum. She can't wait to sleep on chosen by her mattress. :)

Howard was very helpful from the moment we entered the store and explained the process clearly. He gave us a good selection of mattresses and price points and the features and benefits of each one.

Howard was very helpful. He made sure that my daughter was looking at the correct mattresses. He also made sure she was looking at the right bases for what she was after.

We were well looked after, the knowledge of the staff was great, we used the machine to see what bed was best for us. The staff was super friendly

Emma was great so happy and welcoming. Emma showed us a bed that tells you the best mattress for your body it only takes 3 mins .comes out with 3 types mattress in 3 colours .gave Emma my budget. She never rushed us we went back and forth to mattress. Found one we liked. Had a drink very helpful so happy .and new mattress coming on 11th May and disposal of all one
