Staff were extremely friendly. Knowledgable about the product, gave us our different options and explained each one. Wasn't pressured into buying anything and this made us feel comfortable to go away before coming back to buy the bed. Great customer service in the store!

Very good selection and wide range of beds to cover all pockets. Plus our salesperson Jamie was very helpful and able to answer any questions we had, very attentive without being intrusive.
