Dreams employee Danielle was very attentive and helpful. Offered us drinks, made us feel very welcome and made sure we were well informed about different products. She was more than helpful at the same time as not being pushy for a sale.

The staff in store were very welcoming. We had actually been to a competitor before going into dreams and the difference in the 2 stores was outstanding. Offered refreshments in store, advisor gave lots of time into finding our mattress and advice on bed. It won our custom.

Member of staff took time and made an effort from start to finish. From the dream station scan through to finalising the order. It was well organised and thought through.
