The customer service provided by Jonathan was exceptional. He knew exactly what we were looking for, and had a comprehensive knowledge of all products and how they suit the needs of customers. We felt looked after and valued as a customer, the assistant (Janette) was friendly & knowledgeable and explained the different bed styles and helped us to try out the various options.

The guy who helped with the purchase was really helpful friendly and knowledgable Quick straight forward service hopefully will result in no more back pain !
