Jonathan spent a lot of time helping us choose the perfect mattress. First, the machine chose a good selection, and secondly, Jonathan's knowledge and patience helped us to narrow it down to our favourite. We never felt pressured into a sale, or into choosing the most expensive option. As a result, rather than shopping around or buying online, this ensured our loyalty and trust, so we returned to store to purchase, once we had decided which size and bed frame we wanted. A good 3 for 2 offer on the matching furniture meant we ended up buying these also.
