The person looking after me, Andrea, was extremely helpful and took time to learn about what I was looking for. Her knowledge of the products was particularly helpful and she really put me at ease throughout my visit. Excellent customer service.

The assistant listened to what we wanted and the first bed she showed us was the one we decided upon. Although she showed us various other options which met our criteria, the first one she showed us ticked every box. Amazing customer service and we didn’t feel pushed into making a decision.

The young lady who served us was incredibly knowledgeable but also very friendly & welcoming. We were offered drinks & or bottled water. Very impressed by Dreams
