Andrea was amazing! When I was ready to talk to someone there were a few members of staff who were free but I approached Andrea for assistance as she just looked like such a lovely person. The matress match machine was amazing and recommended a few mattresses that matched our needs. Andrea was so patient with me when I was trying beds (I'm very picky!) and with her help we found our perfect bed. The free latte and hot chocolate was amazing and such a bonus! I really do have to praise Andrea, the whole time I felt as if a friend was serving me and not a sales person. When I return in the future to buy my son a bed I really really hope Andrea is at work!! 10/10.

Booked an evening appointment as i didn't know what time we would finish work. Ended up arriving early. The member of staff in the shop was Jonathan, he spent lots of time showing us all the options, understood our needs very well and made sure we knew all the choices but without being overly pushy trying to upsell things that weren't appropriate. My wife and I were both impressed with Jonathan, he was polite, knowledgeable and took a lot of care to make sure we both understood everything - English is my wife's second language and we often find in shops that people will kind of sideline her in the conversation. Its not always deliberate but it often happens. Here Jonathan was very careful to ensure she understood everything we discussed about the various products and the order process. Overall, maybe we were lucky with the timing as there was noone else in the shop but really couldnt have asked for better service, many thanks.
