Staff weee friendly and also reviewed online to help meet my needs. I was given a mattress protector but forgot to take it with me, I rang the store and the manager went out of their way to drive to my house to deliver it which I thought was excellent customer service

Told the assistant what wanted and she took us and showed us all the electric beds she was very pleasant and happy to show us them well recommend dreams

The customer service is excellent. Danielle is bright, friendly and has a comprehensive knowledge of the products. There was a shortage of staff on the day that I visited but Danielle skilfully juggled customers so that nobody felt ignored.

Danielle our sales assistant was very helpful, knowledgeable and nothing was an issue.

From walking through the door we were given a friendly welcome and asked if we needed any assistance. We explained what we were looking for, at this stage we were only looking at replacing our mattress and looking to see what was out there. Danielle the sales assistant who listened to our queries was a credit to your firm, she used her listening skills, which l find very rare these days, and took the time, never making us feel that we were rushed. We used the electronic bed in store to enable us and Danielle to identify which bed would be right for us. After lying on several mattress's we made our choice and purchased the mattress which is being delivered within 6 days. All your staff in store we found very friendly and professional. I rang the manager of the store this morning, as he had a day off when we were in as l feel very strongly that it's important to give positive feedback when things go well.

Zoe spent over an hour with me and took me through everything I needed to know, she was able to get me a fantastic price and I left your store with a new friend! Couldn't have wished for a better shopping experience!

We were welcomed to the store and asked about our needs, including what we had seen and liked online. We were shown the products we had seen as well as similar alternatives and given time to try the beds and discuss between ourselves (we massively appreciated this as we didn't feel pressured in to making a purchase immediately). Andrew understood and alleviated our concerns about delivery dates to coincide with moving dates, despite not having a completion date on our new house yet. Andrew offered us a drink whilst making our pruchase and even let me use the staff toilet facilities.
