As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and asked what we needed help with.the colleague listened to us and took us round 3 beds giving us information about each one.she never pressured us and let us take our time lying on the beds to get an idea of the best one for us.Then she was very welcoming and talkative as we sat at the desk making us feel at ease within the surroundings

I consulted with a lovely young sales assistant named Ash, who was very thorough, attemptive to what I was looking for and had good knowledge of the different mattresses. It was a very straightforward to the point process.

The store was exceptional, I was impressed that it had track and trace clearly available at the entrance with hand sanitizer. My assistant names Jonathan at the team valley shop was lovely, knowledgeable and helpful. He wasn’t pushy and understood what we were looking for. All in all I will be returning to the store for further purchases.

Andrea was amazing! When I was ready to talk to someone there were a few members of staff who were free but I approached Andrea for assistance as she just looked like such a lovely person. The matress match machine was amazing and recommended a few mattresses that matched our needs. Andrea was so patient with me when I was trying beds (I'm very picky!) and with her help we found our perfect bed. The free latte and hot chocolate was amazing and such a bonus! I really do have to praise Andrea, the whole time I felt as if a friend was serving me and not a sales person. When I return in the future to buy my son a bed I really really hope Andrea is at work!! 10/10.
