Dani was excellent in getting our order sorted. She advised us on a bed within our budget, offered us a variation of products and overall had great customer service. In addition the manager Dave was very involved and helped us through the process. The regulations set in place for covid safety were excellent and allowed us to keep everyone safe.

As soon as we entered the store we were greeted and asked what we needed help with.the colleague listened to us and took us round 3 beds giving us information about each one.she never pressured us and let us take our time lying on the beds to get an idea of the best one for us.Then she was very welcoming and talkative as we sat at the desk making us feel at ease within the surroundings
