Helpful and friendly staff. Very knowledgable in finding the mattress as we didn’t know where to start. Happy to beat with us while we decided. Very clean, spraying the beds as we were leaving. Also loved the machine to check the best mattress for us

Jonathan met us immediately when we arrived and called me by my name straight away. He asked if we already had an idea of what we were looking for and took us straight to the bed we were interested in. He advised us to try the bed analyser thingy to check that what we were after would suit us. We tried it,tried,the beds suggested,but after several attempts we ended up with a final choice of two beds,including our first pick,we ended up with our first pick. That being said, the thoroughness of the process Jonathan took us through made sure we made the right choice. Jonathans professionalism,product knowledge and helpfullness gave us the confidence that we had made the right choice from the alternatives he presented us with. He has also saved us loads of time as we had planned to visit several shops before parting with our budget! Im looking forward to our bed arriving now without the nervousness we usually have re have we made the right choice?? Even if we arent lucky enough to win the draw Jonathan deserves great credit for the help he gave us. Well done. P.S I dont think I have ever taken this amount of time to complete my shopping experience feedback!
