Greeted at the door by very friendly staff, lots of hygiene measures in place.was asked what our needs were and took us through the process of finding our dream bed and mattress. Had to go back home and measure up to see if we could upgrade to a king size bed so staff gave us a written quote with a bit of discount which was great, no hard sell from sales person which we liked. We went back the following day double checked the bed just to make sure it was definitely what we wanted and the placed the order. Ordering was easy and relatively quick , so all in all extremely happy.
