Sue was very friendly she explained the process and left us. Came back and took her time with my husband while he choose a mattresses

Good service by manager. He let us know was available if we needed help. Which we did eventually. His knowledge was good.

Dani was very friendly and helpful, understood our needs and was very through in the whole process. nothing was too much bother. explained the products very well, gave different options dependant on the budget too. great experience.

We've never bought a bed before in a way that we did with Dreams. The bed analysis was something else and was very useful in our journey to getting our next bed, which was tailored to what our needs were. Our previous mattresses were not chosen in the way that we did with Dreams and in a way poor choices. Sue allowed us to try our final 2 choices for as long as needed which really helped us make the right choice.

3DELIGHTFUL Staff especially Sue who helped me choose what I required. She was very friendly, helpful, and totally understood my requirements. Nothing was too much trouble and she was extremely patient !! Hopefully I wasn’t too awkward ! If the delivery is as easy as the buying I shall be more than delighted. Thank you Sue.

The staff member was very friendly, polite and helpful. She explained things very clearly and did not try to rush or push things in the slightest.

Zoe was fantastic, she listened to our needs and showed us the bed that would tell us what mattress would suit our needs, Zoe then let us lie down on beds that had that mattress and then left us alone to decide, lovely lady,very polite and had great giggle with her
