Steph (Dreams employee) was very helpful and understanding. We were able to use deals that were on that day. We also paid a deposit rather than full amount which suited our situation. The shops floor was laid out well.

I was highly satisfied from entering the shop up to ordering then it came to the point of finance and I was told I could not progress for credit due to computers been down the staff were very good and made out a paper order but could not progress any further. We agreed that I could finalised it next day when computers were up and running.i went back next day and computers were still down at this point I was concerned that a sale price was going to be lost as we were going into lockdown.so I pay by card which was not my plan as I really wanted credit

Systems were down so I had to vist 3 times before being able to place order but staff were very apologetic
