My partner and I popped into the team valley store simply to browse as we needed a new bed but weren't inending to buy one just yet. We were greeted in store by Andrea, she asked if we were looking for anything in particular and when told we were just browsing she showed us a few beds in store and then allowed us to look around. We felt under no pressure to make a purchase but after having a look around the store (and a go on the sleep match machine) we ended up buying a sleep motion bed and tempur mattress. My partner has rheumatoid arthritis and Andrea took the time to understand her needs and talked us through all options available including the more budget friendly ones.

The girl which i believe was called Steph is a credit to your Team Valley store Well done 👏🏻

From start to finish, we were made to feel valued and accomodated, despite the current circumstances with COVID-19. The saleswoman Dani, treat us exceptionally well and ensured all of our needs were met through the different options presented. 10/10
