I was shown the sleep motion bed I was interested in almost immediately upon entering the Gateshead store by a knowledgeable young assistant called Dani who regaled me with the specification and gave a demonstration. I wasn't pressured and felt comfortable in returning the following day to make a purchase and get advice on all the finance options from the same sales assistant.

Store member danni was fantastic! Amazing product knowledge and made us feel very welcome and that nothing was a problem, we visited multiple times to come to the right decision on our mattress and she flawlessly delivered excellent customer service every time!

The girl greeted us with a welcome and asked what we where looking for, she’s listened to our needs and even let us try the sleep machine to match us to the perfect mattress we where after. After showing us a range of products in different price ranges we made a decision and she didn’t rush us which put me and my husband at ease. On paying for our mattress we where offered coffee and water and chatted a little which made the whole shopping experience much nicer. The girl which i believe was called Steph is a credit to your Team Valley store Well done 👏🏻
