Staff nice and friendly and can answer all my questions clearly, they also find my easy way to arrange delivery. Help me sort it out lots problems.

Gregg was very helpful, explained about the different beds I was looking at. This helped me make my decision. Good knowledge of the mattress I chose too. Allowed plenty time for me to try out the the bed and mattress of my choice to ensure I made the right choice.

The sales assistant Jessica (Jess) at Gateshead Team Valley store was perfect - did not badger us at all while we were browsing, but was always on hand for brilliant recommendations and advice. We selected a suitable replacement mattress at a good price with her help, and processing of our order was quick and simple. We will probably be back for a replacement divan base and headboard, as soon as we have determined if the current ones definitely need to be replaced (redecorating/moving rooms). We walked out of a competitors store at the same retail park due to their sales assistant badgering us constantly as we were trying to browse a huge range of products. By comparison the Dreams store was great and Jessica's attitude and customer service was brilliant and gave us confidence to make a suitable purchase with a view to coming back for more products.
