From entering the shop we were in the hands of Dani in your Gateshead store. She was a really helpful pleasant girl, who was extremely knowledgeable about the products as well as understanding our needs. Having never shopped in Dreams before I was a little unsure what to expect but, we were more than pleasantly surprised both by the service we received and the quality of the products. When entering the shop we had no intention of spending so much on a mattress but, were more than happy to spend the money on the quality item we purchased. I was shown the sleep motion bed I was interested in almost immediately upon entering the Gateshead store by a knowledgeable young assistant called Dani who regaled me with the specification and gave a demonstration. I wasn't pressured and felt comfortable in returning the following day to make a purchase and get advice on all the finance options from the same sales assistant.
