Dreams - Gateshead

Sleep test was really good. Customer Service (Sue Watson) was extremely nice and friendly with good knowledge. Very good sales experience without being pushy and felt comfortable asking questions and confident in answers received.

We were welcomed into the store by Dani as soon as we walked through the door. She was very friendly and helpful. Very upbeat and easy to talk to. She wasn’t pushy and understood our need to stick to a budget. She is an asset to the team and I will definitely seek her out if I visit the store again! 10/10 Dani 👍

The lady who helped us (Sue) was extremely helpful and patient with us as we couldn't decide. She was very knowledgeable and helped us choose the mattress we wanted. We had already chosen our bed. She spent a lot of time helping us.

Can’t fault our experience with Dreams, Gateshead. Visited the store initially for a look around and get an idea of prices/beds after looking online. From entering the store we were impressed with measurements in place for social distancing and hygiene, but also the friendliness of the staff and the atmosphere. Entering shops since covid hit can be abit daunting these days and this shop was none of the sort. We were greeted with smiles, assured staff were there to help and weren’t pushed for any sale so felt very at ease. We met Dani on our initial visit who also remembered us when we returned some days later when we were ready to make our decision which was lovely. She couldn’t have been anymore helpful. She stayed with us until we were certain we made the correct decision on our mattress, introduced to pillows we never really considered, and her knowledge and friendliness was outstanding. She made the whole experience easy, but also fun and interesting, and definitely added to the overall excitement of everything that comes with purchasing things for your first home. We really can’t wait for our new bed frame & mattress to arrive. Thanks Dani for all your help!

From setting foot inside the staff were so attentive availability of of hand sanitizer through out the store and even given a bottle of water instead of a hot drink which I thought was very nice.

Warm welcome on arrival Very friendly staff in store ( Dani and her line manager ) Dani helped me to choose the correct mattress - she described how the 2 mattresses I was looking at would feel in terms that made perfect sense which gave me the confidence in my final selection No pressure sales techniques were applied - which is great No rush to choose or make decisions Nice cup of coffee supplied during the final part of the visit ( payment time ) during which time I was offered extra warranty cover ( which again was offered / no pressure to take it ) Delivery slot suited me perfectly too All good from me at this point Look forward to receiving my items on 30th Dec
