Hello the whole visit was excellent we originally visited to get quotes for what we wanted as we originally had placed an order with bensons for beds and had really been let down so as we went to dreams we were introduced to dani she did the bed test for myself my wife and son the service was excellent she really did know her stuff but we didn’t place an order as we had to return to the store to get our daughter measured up for a bed so to speak we arranged with dani to return the next day and get our daughter measured up for a bed but after dealing with dani we thought we would go get our daughter and return to store so we did spoke again with dani sorted out a Ben for our daughter then we placed an order for 3 beds and 3 mattresses then we cancelled our original order with bensons as we are still waiting after a year for them to fulfil there order our only regret we didn’t go to dreams first

Very easy process from immediately entering the store. Georgia looked after us throughout the process and helped us make our overall decision. Great knowledge of product and plenty of beds and mattresses to choose from.

We were undecided as to whether to make sure an expensive purchase in store but Danielle really sold it to us, she must be a real asset to your company.

We were initially allowed to browse the store and test out the beds we were interested in (rather than being pounced on the second we stepped foot in the door). After a short while we were approached by a very friendly and very helpful advisor who gave us pillows to allow us to test our chosen mattress properly. The service from there was outstanding. Really excellent advisor with an excellent customer service manner.

Came with a rough idea of what we wanted. The assistant immediately recognised our needs and recommended the sleep test machine to specifically tailor the mattress to both mine and my partners needs. The assistant was very patient with us and also offered beverages. Our every need was seen to and I couldn’t be happier with the service provided.
