Best customer service I could ask for after having a big problem with another company

Gave us so many more options over the phone, including how we pay, how much and when. Far more than we knew were options, as we needed to delay our order to April (Again something we didn't know we could do until we spoke to an advisor). The staff member was very helpful and knowledgeable and helped cement the purchase.

Trevor was extremely helpful. He clarified the suitability of the items I wanted to purchase. He checked stock availability & arranged for a prompt delivery. He was extremely patient waiting on the phone whilst I attempted to send a discount code via email! He couldn't have been more helpful, friendly or professional.... And all this on a Sunday morning!! Trevor is an asset to the company. I will be using Dreams again whenever I need any other beds.
