Our assistant Sue Watson, was very friendly, helpful and knowledgeable. She helped me pick the right mattress for me even though it wasn't the dearest. Very professional service

We made an appointment as we needed a new mattress, we were met by Dani who was very happy and jolly and made us feel at ease. We already knew we wanted to try the Sleep Match machine and Dani gave us pillows and we tried the machine and found out the best mattress that we needed. We tried lots of mattresses in Dreams but found the Tempur to be the best. At no point did Dani make us feel pressured into buying a specific mattress or pillows she just gave us information about the mattresses and provided advice when asked. We took finance on the mattress and Dani explained all of the options available. I would highly recommend using Dreams to anyone that asked me and personally I would like to deal with Dani for any future purchases.
