Customer service from zoe was brilliant, and a great person to have as the first person you meet in a company.

All staff were friendly, nice ambience in store. Danni who was looking after me, was very informative and patient. Made me feel comfortable in choosing my new bed. She listened to my needs. All went smoothly, thank you.

Zoe the person who helped us was friendly, professional and approachable. She wasn’t sat over us all the time but was there with the information we needed. She made what is usually a painful experience quite fun and pain free.

Danielle was a great help. Great product knowledge, very friendly and made it a very easy experience.

Staff were very friendly and extremely helpful, helped us make informed decisions, didn’t try to push us to make purchases, allowed us to try multiple things and make a decision from what we had tried

They went that extra special above &beyond as I wasn’t very well in the shop & Andrew looked after us.

Upon entering the store, I was greeted by a smiley sales assistant called Zoe. I had booked an appointment for the Sleepmatch service and was talked through what would happen. Zoe was so lovely and listened patiently to my needs. I explained that I haven't slept well for the past 12 years or so, and that I was desperate to find a good mattress. Once my Sleepmatch results were done, Zoe took me around the showroom, allowing me to try out mattresses she thought would be a good match. At no point did I feel pressured or rushed, and Zoe chatted throughout my visit. Although, I hadn't expected to spend just shy of £1900.00, I did go ahead and purchase a Tempur mattress. The relief of finding, what I hope will be my dream mattress, made me quite emotional (lack of sleep will do that!) and Zoe gave me a hug. The bonus of two free Tempur pillows and mattress protector were very much appreciated. Zoe is a credit to the Dreams team at the Team Valley, Gateshead store. I really enjoyed my visit, thank you.
