The store assistant was very patient and listened when we said what we did and didn’t like. The bed frame we wanted wasn’t in store in the colour we wanted and she showed it to us on a screen. With mattresses, she patiently took us around so many with great knowledge on all of the different types. Very helpful!

The staff member serving was friendly and approachable. She was knowledgeable about the products and gave us all the information we needed to make an informed purchase. She talked us through all the available options and seemed genuinely interested in finding the best product to suit our needs rather than just seeming like she was after a sale.

Andria, was very friendly and knowledgeable. We did a Sleep assessment but then ran out of time as we needed to be home. We returned to the store 5 days later, tried out lots of options the decided what would be best for us. Placed our order and will receive our new bed one week later. Great Service

We recently bought a Bed, Mattress, Mattress topper and 4 pillows from your Teams Valley store. Your employee Andria helped us find some fantastic products, Andria was extremely friendly and made me and my Girlfriend feel very welcome with her friendly demeanour! She gave us a cup of hot chocolate when talking which was much appreciated and gave us so many options within our price range which was really helpful. Me and my girlfriend both felt extremely safe during our full trip and the Covid measures were brilliantly organised. Andria provided us with some excellent advice and we ended up getting a very comfortable bed and mattress. I would like to thank Andria for her hard work and making us feel very welcome during our visit, we will definitely be back for our spare bedroom and would recommend the store due to our great experience.
