Customer service assistant provided and excellent service to us. She took the time to understand our needs and was very knowledgeable about the products and able to provide recommendations. The assistant was very patient with us whilst we chose the right mattress for us on both occasions that we visited the store

Dani was extremely knowledgable and listened and responded to our requirements. She was very friendly but we did not feel pressurised. She was very clear and concise in her communication and was very perceptive as to our thinking, making helpful suggestions. As a result the visit to the store was a pleasure and resulted in our exact requirements being met. We did spend over our budget but were quite happy to do so.

The staff member who helped me, Steph, was extremely helpful and knowledgable and made the process very easy from the moment I entered the store until I left having placed my order. She answered all my questions and took time to ensure that I got the right products for me.

Had looked on line before visit and was shown the product we were interested in quickly

attentive sales person, good range of products to suit our needs.

The sales assistant was great, she left me alone when I needed it and knew when to approach me. She was the only member of staff working when I returned to purchase after 20 minutes and acknowledged me while dealing with her customers. Another team member did appear but this was after I was served by her.

I needed advice about what type of bed and mattress would suit my needs. Dani was very knowledgable about the range available and was very patient with me. I felt confident in taking her advice.
