Given time to browse by ourselves but then under Danielle's wing. We explained our needs and requirements, we were given the opportunity to watch the Tempur video and pillows selected for both of us. No pressure to purchase and tried several more beds/mattresses and encouraged to adopt our normal sleeping positions on all beds. Offered tea/coffee and left to ourselves for a chance to review. We did end up paying more than we intended but the Tempur seemed the "best fit" so we settled for that. The range of Tempur pillows was made available to us to ascertain we had the ones that were most comfortable for us. We were offered more hot drinks and never felt rushed. Dani was extremely helpful and patiently answered all of our questions.

The time the sales person spent ensuring that I was satisfied with my choice of bed and the time for delivery was very quick.

The young man named David was very aware of my needs and explained every thing very clearly. He was polite and made the transaction smooth. I am pleased that we only have to wait days for delivery that is a bonus . Thank you Dream's and thank you David .

The shop assistant was incredibly helpful, attentive and knowledgeable making the process a dream.

The assistant Jonathan was able to show me what was available as soon as I explained what I wanted and made me a cup of tea and gave me the time alone to make my mind up

The woman serving us had a wealth of knowledge. We went in to the shop not really understanding or knowing exactly what we wanted but she was very helpful and understanding

We were greeted when we first entered the store by a lovely lady names Sue Watson, explained to process of looking for the right mattress and assisted us from start to finish, communicating with us the whole time on our thoughts of each product. The show room was not over crowded, very clean and we were given coveres for the products we were trying out. We felt very satisfied covid measures were correctly in place. Sue's product knowledge was great and could answer all questions easily.

Hi From the moment me and my partner walked through the door,we were made to feel welcome. We were approached by a member of your staff called Jeanette. By the end of our shopping trip, we had purchased : 2 X Matteresses 2 x pillows ( special range) 4 x pack of pillows 1 x mattress protector 1x mattress protection cover I told Her at the end that she could sell sand to the Arabs !
