Your colleague, Dani, at your Team Valley, Gateshead store approached and welcomed us to the store. When asked about particular beds was very informative and asked additional questions regarding both if our preferred sleeping positions and guided us between two beds. We had previously been to the store and had completed a bed assessment. Health and safety considerations very fully explained to ensure we were totally comfortable and also noticed a team member spraying one of the beds following a previous customer trial. In summary one of the best cluster experiences we have had when looking for a purchase of this value.
