Dreams - Gateshead

I was looking for a bed & mattress for our son. I was also looking for a mattress for ourselves. The advice & service I received from Jonathan was exceptional. His product knowledge was excellent & he helped me understand what to look for in a mattress. We have visited many retailers & looked at on-line stores, but I had a few questions about the mattresses that nobody could really answer. Jonathan answered all my questions, he wasn't a pushy salesman & we purchased a bed & mattress for our son. We are returning to the store to purchase a mattress for ourselves as we were torn between 2 & couldn't make up our minds. If anyone friends or family wanted a mattress, I would send them to see Jonathan.

Danni who served my husband and I was very kind and helped use with any questions we had, and explained all that was available to use, and helped with taking away our old bed. This is the second time we have bought a bed and base from Dreams, and it will not be the last, We are very satisfied with the service we received.

Steph, the sales assistant was extremely helpful and knowledgeable, I explained what I wanted and she understood exactly what I was looking for. Was shown, different bases and mattresses, explained about the difference. She was very pleasant, offering us refreshments. Very professional young lady
