I don’t think I have ever used the phase Highly Satisfied in all of my answers for an online review ever!! Jeannette was very professional,knowledgeable and friendly, we were guided through the whole process with no fuss. Jeanette is a credit to your company, I have worked in retail and her product knowledge was amazing we would definitely recommend Dreams beds.

I felt the shop was very well organised with a very good range of products. The staff member who came to offer help had great product knowledge and was very friendly but professional

Dani was amazing when we arrived in store She asked what we were looking for it was sorted size colour etc than sat us down with a drink of our choice and continued to complete the order without any disturbances until the order was completed

The assistant was friendly, knowledgeable and gave some good advice. She provided a professional service without being pushy. We had done some home work regarding the products we were interested in and therefore we were able to verify some of her advice given. Based upon that we felt confident that other advice she gave was sound.

The store had very friendly staff. I was also happy to be able to try out the machine which tells you the best mattress for your body type.

We got the opportunity to try out various matteresses in different styles. We were not rushed and were allowed to switch back and forward between different options until we made our choice. The fact that the most suitable one for us was significantly under budget which was also very nice! The advisor was very friendly & helpful. At no point were we pressured or rushed, and the service we received could not be faulted at all. Many Thanks

The friendliness and attitude of Danni was second to none she had plenty of knowledge yet wasn’t pushy and gave us plenty of space to think. Not pushy at all and when ready to place are order she was very helpful. Great all round service.

Well, where to start? We were really just looking and came to this store as we were on a metro centre visit from Carlisle. We were greeted within a few seconds by Dani who asked us the right questions putting us at ease and helped us choose, what we hope, will be the perfect upgrade to our sleep. We tried your electronic bed then several different beds. We came away having spent a sizeable amount of money feeling like we have made the right choice. Dani knew her product, was polite and professional and we had a laugh. Can’t praise her enough ✔️✔️

I visited with my elderly Mum who wanted a new bed. The assistant was patientand very understanding of my Mum's needs.

David who assisted us was very knowledgeable and professional whilst very friendly and approachable.
