We were particularly pleased with the service and attention given to our needs by Susanah. It compared very favourably with that we'd just received at a competitor.

Georgia who assisted us was friendly and knowledgable and helpful. She encouraged us to take the automated bed/sleep test and then talked us through the results.

The lady who helped us gave us enough space at the start of our visit to browse and then provided just the right amount of interaction with us afterwards and it didn’t feel pushy at all. She was really lovely and offered us a coffee whilst she processed our order. Everything felt really covid safe too. You also had a vast array of options available and it was so much better coming in store rather than basing our decision on sample fabric.

I visited to view products but from the time I entered the shop the sales person could have not been more helpful in explaining the products and giving me the information At no time did I feel pressurised to buy Nothing was a trouble and because of my experience I placed the order Well done to Gateshead staff
