Dreams - Gateshead

Andrea was very knowledgable about the products and guided us through the sleep system to find the mattress for us. When we returned Jonathan was very helpful in assisting us with placing the order as Andrea was on holiday.

The lady met me at the door and ask if she could help me. I knew what I wanted to buy and Sue directed me to the mattress I was interested in. We made the arrangements for delivery which wasn’t too long a wait. Sue offered me coffee or water which I gladly accepted the water as it was warm in the shop wearing a mask. Overall I was very impressed with the whole experience. I will certainly be going to Dreams in the future as I have a few things I will be needing. Thank you for your excellent service

I would like to say dreams store Team Valley is fabulous from entering the front doors we were welcomed by Sue she asked us a few questions and asked if we would like to lie down on the bed that scans you she said it takes about 3 minutes so Sue got us pillows to use(with a paper covering)on the bed and to carry around when we were trying the different mattresses that were recommended by the scanning computer. We tried about 5 mattresses when we decided what We wanted. The order was placed with some extras now I can’t wait for the delivery. Regards Margaret Beadling

The sales assistant named Steph was extremely careful and thoughtful in dealing with my 90 year old mother. Showing her kindness and consideration whilst helping her to choose a suitable mattress. It was of great assistance to me. She is a credit to Dreams. Thank you.

The lady call sue at gateshead store was very patient and showed us all the difference beds so much so I bought a bed and mattress on the Monday 17th May then went back on 22nd May only 5 days after and purchased another bed . Extremely good sales woman !! Definitely would give her 5 stars for her service.

Dani, our assistant who actually stepped into the breach because the lass we had been booked with was busy, was friendly, knowledgeable, very good at people reading and obviously enjoyed her job.
