Danielle who served us was very friendly and helpful when it came to choosing what bed was right for us would definitely recommend the store to friends and family.

The salesman was very knowledgeable and attentive, prices were reasonable and felt very supported while not feeling under pressure.

Wasn't sure what I was looking for at first , assistant was very informative and explained it all , with testing ect I was happy thanks to the assistant . Hopefully what I ordered will make a difference to ease my sleeping .

I was very impressed with the way the technology was used to assist in finding the right mattress for both my wife and my needs. All health problems such as back and hip problems were taken into account and the assistant (Sue) was very helpful in showing us the different options on types of mattress that would suit us. We never felt pressured into going for any particular type of mattress and were given informed information on the merits and otherwise of the different options available. Overall I would definitely recommend Dreams to my friends as I have never experienced comparable levels of service in other bedding shops in the past

As i walked in the door Jhonathan went above and beyond he explained everything in detail was really helpful and made us feel really comfortable brilliant costumer service :)

Customer service assistants were polite, friendly and helpful. We were approached quickly and were talked through our choices as we had not purchased a mattress before. The mattress analysis helped us figure out what sort of bed we needed.

As I have learning disabilities my sister helped me to shop for everything in store. From entering the store Sue was amazing, from keeping me calm when I wasn't sure about the technology of the mattress finder, and letting me try so many mattresses. Sue helped us to also find wardrobe and draws on the computer. It was good as I got everything I needed. My sister is writing this, but I have told her what to write. Thank you Sue.
