We were approached and asked what we were looking for and the lady Anthia took us to what she thought we would like to see and to test mattresses that we required. We were very impressed with her knowledge and the result being we purchased a mattress which is being delivered on Saturday which is wonderful.

From the time we entered we were greeted warmly and every step was explained before gaining our agreement to proceed. Sue was extremely professional and gradually took us through all of the options allowing us to make an informed decision

The lady who served us really understood what we were looking for. She took time to look at photos of the fitted wardrobes we have chosen and allowed us time to also indulge in options that were not suited to our needs but we liked. She was happy to let us chat about the beds we had seen in a rival store. We loved the bed which matched us with a mattress and the lady was very accommodating of the fact we had a child who was interested in the moving beds too. We felt we had been served by someone who had good style and knew us. Her confidence was reassuring as I can be indecisive when making a big financial purchase.

Well we had been thinking about buying a bed from dreams for a few weeks and had decided on the bed and the price we were going buy. Jonathan showed us the bed but we decided it wasn’t for us.
