Staff where available and very helpful but not too pushy. Store layout was nice and clean, easy to see the beds and prices etc.

Zoe was very helpful and helped me to find products to meet my needs in the right price range.

Very helpful girl who looked after us ,she was fantastic.

Zoe came straight over when we entered the store to see if we needed any help. When we told her we were first time buyers she showed us the mattress match scanner. She then showed us mattresses that was picked out for us. Zoe was very well informed about all the mattresses that we were shown. She was very friendly and made us feel at ease taking our time to pick the perfect mattress. She also helped us get a delivery for exactly when we needed.

We were welcomed into the store but not harassed. The salesman was friendly, knowledgeable and professional in his approach. The store was light, airy and clean.

Our experience was a thoroughly professional one and was conducted in a very friendly manner. Top notch.

From walking into the door I found the shop clean and well laid out. I was greeted by drew who asked my needs for a bed and mattress. After a brief chat about what I needed he took me and my wife to the sleep machine and checked what mattress would be best. After getting the results he showed us all the options it had suggested. We settled on the tempur as it was the best feel. After that we went through a range if bedframes which he explained all could be upgraded to suit our needs. We settled on a TV bed as it fits with our new bedroom decor. We felt very welcomed and that nothing was a problem.

Danielle was extremely helpful and friendly.What an amazing salesperson! She was very much the reason why we ended up buying at Dreams and spent so much money :). Just went for a quick visit to the store but ended up ordering beds and mattresses for our new house. Dani is so passionate and natural when it comes to selling a product. You’re lucky to have people like her in your dreams team . Keep up the good work Danielle. Your passion and commitment to your work shines through when you deal with your customers.

Dani was very lovely and welcoming the moment we stepped through the door; gave us some product info and left us to have a look ourselves first. Much nicer experience compared to another branch. She was equally as helpful and honest when we returned for the second time to make the purchase, and very knowledgeable to talk to. A credit to the company.
