Sue was very helpful and patient with my grandma who was shopping for a new mattress. She took us to see a number of matresses and she was very knowledgeable

I was after a bed with storage capacity and convenience but not sure what type. The salesperson was very happy to help me and picked out a choice of beds that I was after.

Really great customer service and really understood our needs and recommended the best mattress for us.
