Dani, the salesperson, was extremely helpful and friendly. She greeted us as soon as we walked through the door and made sure we left with a bed and mattress that we were happy with.

Andria and the girls were very friendly, accomodating and helpful. As someone who has never purchased a bed before they made the process very easy and I couldn't have asked for a better outcome!

At my initial visit to look at options I has given a great deal of very useful advice my your very professional assistant Sue. On my return visit to placed the order there were only 2 members of staff on duty. The store was quite busy. We were helped by Dani who was doing an amazing and very professional job of helping a number of customers as well as placing my order whilst keeping a careful watch to ensure her other customers were able to view and try out the products they were interested in

I visited the store dreading looking for a new mattress but the store assistant was brilliant. She had me lie on a bed which measured and fitted me; I was really impressed! Then she guided me to the beds suited to my needs and explained everything including the importance of a decent pillow. I purchased a mattress and pillow in confidence and can't wait for it to be delivered.

The whole experience was very professional and very helpful and I got a very good deal. I have already decided to return soon to finish off my shopping with Dreams.

The sales colleague (Sue) was fantastic. Never pressured, knowledgable, assuring, considerate, and very personable. Any questions or requests we had were handled quickly and without issue, truly a great experience, especially considering our time taken! We absolutely feel we got more than value by coming to store and being shown around by Sue and will again in future.
