Range/quality of beds at varying price & ability to try suitable beds for need after using ‘demonstration’ bed/computer analysis. Very helpful in reducing amount of beds being tried.

We were served by Steph first time around, who gave us lots of information to consider. Then Dani took care of us on our second visit and helped us to fine tune our order. The whole experience was relaxed and we didn't feel under any pressure to make up our minds. The staff were very patient and friendly. Also, the store was exceptionally clean, and we felt very much at ease, despite the pandemic restrictions. The staff took the time to talk us through the different mattresses and ensure that we picked the right one for us. It was a really excellent experience.

The staff were so helpful. The gentleman I first spoke to was amazing at explaining how things worked and understanding my needs and pointing me in the right direction. He was amazing at ensuring I got delivery as soon as possible whilst still getting the discount for buying mattress and frame together. The other female colleague that served me was great at talking me through all the information and ensuring I had everything I needed.

The staff members were so helpful and very polite. i spoke to them over the phone before i came into the store aswell.

The young man who served me was great,explained different types of mattresses and was very attentive as I can be a bit fussy.was offered a drink which was muchly appreciated because it was a hot day and generally a very pleasant person. Would Definately shop at dreams again

I was very impressed with the lovely young lady who attended to me. She was very polite and friendly and had great knowledge of the products. It was a very nice experience, l would give her 10 out of 10.
