Waited a long time for assistance, sales assistant selected incorrect product, order took too long to process, incorrect info given re interest free period, order didn't print correctly

Whilst very friendly, the assistant made a mistake in the initial order as she was talking too much rather than paying attention to what she was doing. As there are no signs on the bed we relied on what she said the product was and hope she ordered the one we wanted rather than the one she thought it was.

We want to order a bed from a bed shop and you don't have the bed in stock, pretty fundamental problem from a bed shop

The young guy showed me a base, then The guy with the boss cup spoke over him and shouted then this base £180, that I knew was online for £150. Told the guy then he tried to say yes because of the delivery charge, for me to say but it is online as free delivery. He then took a minute and agreed with me. He says he didn't know they changed the price. But being a sale on it the shop I find that hard to believe. Whether he tried to get extra money out of me I don't know, but generally not happy. I'm actually going to ring up today and try to cancel my order

Disatisfied with the long delay in the delivery date, over two weeks. We walked out of the store in discuss ,but were persuaded to return by the assistant and ultimately purchased a bed. Very sad when you can buy of the Internet with next day delivery!.

After purchasing a bed, I made an additional impulse purchase of a "star wars" cushion for my son. However, I had to repeat the process of going to an adviser's desk and completing your computerised documentation including an emailed receipt. This second purchase was cash but you didn't have sufficient change in the store. Subsequently the cash purchase of an £11.99 cushion took as long as purchasing and arranging delivery of a bed! If I had known in advance i wouldn't have bothered!

Could not be given a delivery date for the product. I understand this is due to the product coming direct from the supplier but it is still inconvenient.

The product that I wanted was still out on display although it was a kingsize the offer stated the price for the double but did not say out of stock so I was disappointed not to get the bed I wanted. They couldn't tell me either when I could purchase the display model if I wanted that one. In the end I chose another bed as I needed one for moving into my new house in December. Again unfortunately the delivery date I needed was not available either, so when paying for delivery surely it should be delivered when you need the product.

My details were put through for credit with me paying £500 deposit. She asked for my email which was debrabell68@googlemail.com I did not realise she had filled all the details in and my application went to review. It eventually started to feel embarrassing with other customers hearing the conversation. She was saying that they may be just doing a spot check. She then asked for my driving licence for proof and emailed this to creation. Then the application must have timed out. By this point the other customers had left. She called creation trying 4 numbers. She gave them my details saying Debra Bell. I interrupted stating that's my maiden name and my name is Grosse. She assumed it was Bell by the email I gave that I have had for years and never asked to confirm this. Even my email from Dreams says Debra Bell, which is still incorrect. She then had to go through the whole application again which approved straight away. I went from being excited with the help she provided to wishing I was home and out of there. I was so embarrassed. We both felt so deflated by the whole experience. So I assumed this is why I have not received the chance to review my experience in the shop.

When purchasing two single beds from dreams at a cost of over £500 I asked if we could get discount as we were buying two beds. The assistant went away and said she would see what she could do. She then took payment and we left the store When reviewing the order confirmation email we noticed we only had one bed base on the order all the other items were there ( two headboards two mattresses and only one bed base) also no discounted been applied as we requested I phoned the store and spoke to the assistant who served us she said there was an error and she had not ordered two bed bases only one when asked about the discount she said she would sort something out and give us £20 discount and send us a conformation email with the second base added and then took the extra payment from my credit card When reviewing the second confirmation email we found on the order over £500 and we had received £10 discount Which I was not happy with.
