Delivery date we were promised in store was not actually available so got a phonecall that night and now have to wait two extra weeks to get our mattress. Store apologised but no compensation offered for inconvenience.

The order process took too long. I think that the system should be streamlined. We went into DFS and the service was more relaxed, less of the hard sell and the whole rdering process was faster. We have yet to try out the products so cannot give a fair indication of our thoughts on this until we have used them.

We didn't anticipate the delivery charge to be so high.

Your paperwork including finnace offered was muddled and was more for the benefit of the store rather than the customer. We were obliged to contact the store the day after placing the order, so we could better understand the way the calculations were reached. This created a doubt about the purchase which should never have been the case

Salesman was too pushy and offered his opinion too much when me and my partner told him we were just looking , we were welcomed by a lovely young girl and she offered us help , but we politely declined and told her we would come get her once we had decided. The salesman who muscled his way in , in my opinion was too pushy and seemed to be under a lot of pressure to make a sale , normally I would have left , but me and my partner really liked the beds we bought and found dreams to be cheaper than the competitors . I felt as though we let the young saleswoman down by not giving the sale to her as we said we would

Have to wait til January for delivery of mattress ordered.

the product was not going to be assembled i called the atore to tell them go add they said only head office could do it head office calls were closed ( recorded message) all sfternoon so i had to visit the store and i cancelled because i wont be in uk when they deliver i just found ig high maintenance after it was so easy to place an irder

Incorrect items were listed on the order which I had to inform the shop of whilst checking the details at home.

Firstly -delivery i could have had similar beds from wayfair cheaper. I needed bed quick and presumed loal dreams would be a quicker delivery that wayfair, after the purchase i was told it was going to be 2 week deliver. If i had known before i would have bought off wayfair like i did 3 months ago for almost exact same bed for my other son. Secondly i placed a fairly large order and there was very limited discount even after i highlighted the bed had been cheaper before and would likely be at Easter. Overall if i had been told about the 2 week delivery before purchase i would have went to wayfair.

We made a £2200 worth of purchase but didn't feel we received appropriate customer service. Although the employees were attentive but they could have better product knowledge specially when a customer is willing to spend BIG money for a matress. Overall your customer service was much better than Furniture Village but still not up to the expected standards. Worng information: when we walked in to the store we were clearly informed that there was flat 20% off on 'all' mattresses. When we were browsing through we selected product that fits our budget after 20% deduction, however once we made a decision we were told there was no discount on the matress we selected. This could be classed as false advertisement. We bought the product regardless but felt pressured to buy protection cover we didn't want. No information: during the purchase completion process the sales girl was more interested in upselling matress cover/protection etc. The financial terms and agreements were not explained. It was not explained how much we needed to pay every month, we had to ask questions to get some of the answers. I am pretty sure this is against financial authority regulations.
